PALS Pet of the Week – Sinatra

PALS Pet of the Week - Sinatra .5

Meet Sinatra, our PALS Pet of the Week!

Sinatra is an approximately 2 year old, male, black and tan German Shepherd; Sinatra weighs approximately 78 lbs. This handsome German Shepherd is a very energetic and active young dog in need of a special home. Sinatra can be a bit independent at times, but he has definitely become more outgoing as our volunteers spend more time with him. Sinatra now actively seeks out interaction with our volunteers, and he can be very affectionate when the mood strikes him; he’s even been know to roll over for a nice belly rub! What Sinatra really loves, though, is to run! And, once you get him started playing fetch, you’re likely to get tired out before he does! Sinatra is a very strong, and strong-willed, dog, and any potential adopter must have experience handling large breed dogs. Our volunteers have been working with Sinatra on his obedience training, and he does know his “sit” and “down” commands, and is progressing with his leash training, as well; continued obedience training, as well a continued leash training, are a must to help Sinatra become a model K9 citizen. If you’re interested in giving this special dog the special home that he needs and deserves, please come down and meet Sinatra!
